A wonderful afternoon concert in the historic Dandenong Ranges’ garden at THE KNOWE in Sassafras. Celebrating the Operettas written for New York’s Broadway stage by such composers as SIGMUND ROMBERG, VICTOR HERBERT, RUDOLF FRIML, and JEROME KERN, we are delighted to bring you a concert from BROADWAY OPERETTAS including THE DESERT SONG, THE STUDENT PRINCE, BABES IN TOYLAND, THE FIREFLY, EILEEN, NAUGHTY MARIETTA, THE VAGABOND KING, and SHOW BOAT.
Partake of afternoon tea and a glass of bubbles or bring a picnic lunch to this historic Dandenong Ranges’ garden. Sit under the 100-year-old Pin Oak tree and enjoy the percussive accompaniment of the local kookaburras and sulphur-crested cockatoos as you enjoy this fabulous concert of some of the best theatre music ever written.
