Tickets are issued by email and can end up in your junk or spam folder. Sometimes people mislay printed tickets, don’t recall where they stored a ticket on their device or they change their email address.
Please keep your tickets safely: note on your calendar where you have stored your tickets as well as the date and time of the performance.
In the event you cannot locate your tickets, please contact the correct box office well in advance of the performance.
For Alexander Theatre tickets please contact the Monash Box Office on 9905 1111 (you will need to leave a detailed message) or email them at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your enquiry is very close to the performance you are best advised to come to the theatre one hour before the performance and to go directly to the box office.
For all other bookings (subscribers, clubs, The Knowe, Malvern Theatre, regional shows) please contact GSOV at email@example.com or on 0490 465 009 with details of your booking:
- Your Name
- Your organisation (if applicable)
- Email address to which tickets were issued
- Name of show
- Number of tickets purchased
- Date and time of the performance
If you don’t remember what you bought, please check your payment records for transactions (either invoices or bank account statements), which should identify what you paid, when and to whom. You can then use this to help us identify your tickets.
