Up until 2012 it has been the tradition to award these certificates at the AGM in the year the milestone was acheived. From 2012 the certificate is presented at the end of the run of the show in which the milestone was acheived, so that the commitment could be celebrated by those among whom the milestone was achieved. If circumstances do not permit that, the certificate is to be awarded at the next AGM. In every case, the those who received certificates during the year is noted in the minutes of the AGM.

Please let the Membership Secretary know if you feel you have met the conditions of an award.
